Our comments about <br />insurance and any subsequent celtiíìcate we issue are based upon the insurance coverage you have in <br />force at the time of this letter. It may not ret1ect the exact coverage required by the contract you have <br />signed or will be signing. <br /> <br />Usually there are indenuúties and tenus in the contract that require you to be responsible for liabilities <br />that are either not insured or you should not ,,,ish to assume b~y contract. <br /> <br />Legal counsel should review any contract or agreement you sign as they are in the best position to <br />evaluate the overall legal ramitìcations of the contract for you. <br /> <br />Some of the items we noted on the insurance requirements of the contract material you provided <br />include but are uot necessarily limited to: <br /> <br />GENER4L LIABILITY-Attlched Lexington Additional Insured f01111 NOT Exhibit B provided by City of <br />Santa Ana..
