<br />3.1.1.1 General floor plans, including pathway routing of horizontal cabling, <br />locations of Information Outlets and their labels, locations of pull boxes <br />and their label designations. <br /> <br />3.1.1.2 Backbone diagrams, including point of origin and destination, details <br />regarding backbone cable types, and their label designations. <br /> <br />3.1.1.3 Telecommunications Closet, computer room, and telephone room floor <br />plans, including cabling routing within a particular room, and termination <br />points. <br /> <br />3.1.1.4 An elevation detail of cable termination layouts for backboards, racks, or <br />frames, including equipment types, block/panel types, and their label <br />designations. <br /> <br />3.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />3.2.1 The Vendor will be required to comply with and apply whichever is most stringent, <br />the currently applicable sections of national, state, and local codes, laws, <br />ordinances, rules, and regulations of authorities having jurisdiction, including but <br />not limited to: <br /> <br />3.2.1.1 American Disability Act (ADA). <br /> <br />3.2.1.2 City, County, and State Electrical Codes, and applicable portions of City, <br />State, and local Building Codes. <br /> <br />3.2.1.3 Federal Communications Commission (FCC). <br /> <br />3.2.1.4 National Electric Code (NEC). <br /> <br />3.2.1.5 National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). <br /> <br />3.2.1.6 Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). <br /> <br />3.2.1.7 Serving utility company. <br /> <br />3.2.1.8 South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). <br /> <br /> <br />3.2.1.9 State of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br /> <br />3.2.1.10 Orange County and the local Fire Department. <br /> <br />3.2.1.11 City of Santa Ana Telecommunications Standards (set forth by the <br />Telecommunications Coordinator). <br /> <br />3.2.2 The Vendor will be required to comply with current editions of applicable standards <br />including those published by, but not limited to, the following standards <br />organizations: <br /> <br />Page 7 of 35 <br />
