The parties entered into Agreement A-2003-l89, dated September 10, 2003, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided maintenance and <br />service for the electronic door access systems in both the Santa Ana Police <br />Administration Building and the Detention Facility. <br /> <br />B, In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period, <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration ofthe covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1, Section 2.a" COMPENSA nON, shall be amended to increase compensation <br />$12,000,00 to pay for services during the extended term from October 1,2004 <br />through October 1, 2005.
