VARIANCE 74-9 The Determination of <br />BRUCE WALKUP EXemption and the <br /> Planning Commission <br /> Findings of Fact <br />approving VA 74-9, filed by Bruce Walkup, to erect a pole <br />sign 210 feet from an existing pole sign in a shopping center <br />and to allow a canopy sign for each shop, 2720 North Main <br />Street in the C2 District, were received and ordered filed <br />on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Garthe, <br />and unanimously carried. CCA 13) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #863 Mr. John Harvey, 1055 <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #8599 North Main Street, <br />MR. ~ MRS. NEAL D. MINTER Attorney for Mr. and Mrs. <br /> Neal D. Minter, requested <br />that Tentative Parcel Map #863 and Tentative Tract Map 8599 be <br />removed from the Agenda and continued until the next Council <br />meeting on May 20, 1974. The request was granted on motion of <br />Councilman Garthe, seconded by Councilman Grlset, and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #863 - Filed on March 1S, 1974, <br />by Neal D. Minter, creating two (2) 100-Ci-10,000 <br />parcels; proposed parcel #1 is used for apartment <br />complex and parcel #2 is to be used for future com~ <br />mercial use; waiver of alley requirement requested. <br />(CA 25) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP #8599 , Filed on March 15, <br />by Neal D.
