<br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />to '. <br /> <br />MANPOWER <br /> <br />Tetra Tech, Inc. has assembled a highly qualified project team. Our team has extensive experience in <br />the design and retrofitting of water storage facilities. The majority of our team members have <br />previous experience working for the City of Santa Ana on the John Garthe Reservoir and Elevated <br />Tank Improvements. The following is a description of our Project Team and a short summary of each <br />of their experiences. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Epperson, P.E., will be our Project Manager. He has over 20 years of experience in the <br />field of water and reclaimed water engineering. During this time, he has managed twenty <br />water/reclaimed water storage reservoirs throughout Southern California. Mr. Epperson is currently <br />working on or has recently completed reservoir projects for the cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, <br />Fullerton, Irvine Ranch Water District, Santa Margarita Water District, Moulton Niguel Water <br />District, and the San Manual Mission Band of Indians. Tom will be responsible for all day-to-day <br />contact between the City and the Project Team. <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Bush, P.E., will spearhead the civil/mechanical facility design. Mr. Bush was or currently <br />is the Project Engineer for the reservoir projects for Irvine Ranch Water District, Santa Margarita <br />Water District, Moulton Niguel Water District, and the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Mr. Victor Ramirez, P.E., S.E., will be responsible for the structural design. Mr. Ramirez has over 19 <br />years of structural engineering experience.
