MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR JOINT MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND <br /> THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />June 6, 1974 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:15 P.M. by Vice Mayor Vernon <br />S. Evans in Room 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, with the <br />following Councilmen present: J. Ogden Markel, John Garthe, <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, James E. Ward, Lorin Griset and Vice Mayor <br />Vernon S. Evans. Mayor Jerry M. Patterson arrived at 4:30 P.M. <br />Also present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attorney <br />James A. Withers and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone. <br />Evidence of proper Notice of the adjourned meeting having been <br />given was on file with the Clerk. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION At 4:20 P.M., Council <br /> recessed for an Executive <br /> Session to consider <br /> appointments to Boards <br />and Commissions, on the unanimously approved motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Garthe. Council reconvened at <br />5:35 P.M., with all Councilmen present. <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />year term commencing July 1, <br />motion of Councilman Griset, <br />carried, with Councilman Markel dissenting. <br /> <br />Mr. Tom McMichael was <br />re-appointed to the <br />Community Redevelepment <br />Commission for the four~ <br />1974 and ending June 30, 1978, on <br />seconded by Councilman Ward and <br /> (CA 82.1) <br /> <br />GREENBELT COMMITTEE The following CitM repre- <br />APPOINTMENTS sentatives were re,appointed <br /> to.the &reenbelt Committee <br /> for a one,year teTm <br />commencing July 1, 1974 and ending June 30, 1975, on motion of <br />Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward and carrled, with <br />Councilman Markel dissenting: (CA 145.1) <br /> <br />Hugh Dunn <br />William A.
