PUBLIC HEARING The Public Hearing to <br />SANTA ANA FREEWAY & 17TH ST. consider approval of <br />INTERCHANGE MODIFICATION the revised Freeway <br /> Agreement relating to <br />the reconstruction of the interchange of Seventeenth Street <br />with the Santa Ana Freeway was opened by the Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />Staff reported orally to identify the property and issues, <br />and to recommend approval of the agreement. The Clerk reported <br />there were no communications. There were no opponents or <br />proponents, and the Vice Mayor closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Yama- <br />moto, and unanimously carried (6-0), Council approved the revised <br />Freeway Agreement relating to the reconstruction of tke <br />interchange of Seventeenth Street with the Santa Ana Freeway, <br />and authorized its execution by the Mayor and Clerk. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF OLIYE STREET SOUTH OF <br />MC FADDEN AVENUE was opened by Vice Mayor Evans. <br /> <br />Staff reported orally to identify the property, and issues, <br />and recommended approval.
