(CA 75.16) <br /> <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT At 9:05 P.M., Vice <br />AGENCY Mayor Evans reconvened <br /> the Community Redevelop- <br /> ment Agency, with all <br />members present except Commissioner Markel and Chairman <br />Patterson.
