These consulting services will <br />provide strategic development, negotiation support, fact finding, and <br />financial analysis. Communications Support Group, Inc. has assisted over 20 <br />ci ties with their cable franchise renewals. On April 19, 2004 the City <br />entered into an agreement with Communications Support Group, Inc. to begin <br />the franchise renewal process. <br /> <br />The services provided under this agreement will assist the City in <br />completing the franchise renewal process. In addition, Communications <br />Support Group, Inc. will provide the Finance and Management Services Agency <br />with cable franchise financial audit services for calendar years 2001 <br />through 2004. <br /> <br />25H-1 <br />
