MINUTES OE THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OE SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />June 20, 1974 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order in Room 831, City Hall, 20 <br />Civic Center Plaza, at 4:05 P.M., by Vice Mayor Vernon S. <br />Evans, proper Notice and Posting having been accomplished, <br />with affidavits on file in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Council. The following Councilmen were present: John Garthe, <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, James E. Ward, Lorin Griset, and Vice Mayor <br />Vernon S. Evans. Councilman J. Ogden Markel and Mayor Jerry <br />M. Patterson were absent. Also present were representatives <br />of the Press and the following staff members: City Manager <br />Bruce C. Spragg, City Attorney James A. Wither$~ Director of <br />Public Works Ronald Wolford, Director of Finance Larry Shaffer, <br />Police Chief Raymond C. Davis, Fire Chief Eugene Judd, LiSrar~ <br />Director Howard Samuelson and Clerk of the Council Florence <br />I.
