<br />Variance No. 2004-07 <br />November 22, 2004 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />In summary, staff is supportive of six signs for the project, including <br />a changeable copy sign on the north elevation, a painted wall sign on <br />the south elevation, a proj ecting sign and cabinet sign on the east <br />elevation, a painted wall sign on the west elevation and the monument <br />sign. These signs will result in a sign program that will provide <br />sufficient restaurant identification while complementing the historic <br />structure. Therefore, based on the above analysis, staff recommends <br />that the Planning Commission support the recommended actions for <br />Variance No. 2004-07 (Exhibits 12 and 13) . <br /> <br />CEQA Compliance <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality <br />recommended action is exempt from further review.
