<br />11/4/04 las <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the OHDC Minnie Street <br />relocation plan for the residential properties located at the aforementioned <br />addresses, and the establishment of an account in accordance with state and <br />federal mandates for the payment of relocation benefits to the temporarily <br />displaced households in the Cornerstone Village. <br /> <br />Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption <br />by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the <br />vote adopting this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2004. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
