(CA 25) <br /> <br />Councilman Ward's opposition to motions for approval of the <br />foregoing Tentative Parcel Maps was predicated on his concern <br />with the driveway cuts onto arterial higkw~yM~ the w~lYer of <br />alley requirements without obtaining covenants, conditions and <br />restrictions for future access rights; the small lot%size <br />splits; and lack of joint property usage hy adjacent property <br />owners. (CA 25) <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP #878 Councilman Evans' motion <br />VARD-NEWPORT seconded by~ Councilman <br /> Yamamoto, to ~econ~ider <br />Tentative Parcel Map #878 carried unanimously. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Yamamoto, seconded hy Counc$1man E~ans, <br />and carried, with Councilman Ward dissenting, Councxl recezved <br />and ordered filed the Negative Declaration Fo~m, wainzed alley <br />requirements and approved the following map, subject to condl~ <br />tions contained in the Planning Director*s report, except that <br />Condition 4. c. (2) (a) was changed to read a~ follows: <br /> <br />4.c.(2)(a): Vehicular ingress and egress across Both <br />parcels so that each parcel can use a common dr~eway,, <br />as approved by the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br />(Note: City owns vehicular access rights on Wa~ner <br />Avenue except at existing drives.
