The lowest bid was submitted by R.J. Noble <br />Company for $2,731,719.36 which is below the Engineer's estimate of <br />$3,069,876. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />An Environmental Review No. 2003-90 has been completed and a Categorical <br />Exemption has been filed for proj ect 1771 pursuant to the California <br />Environmental Quality Act. Environmental Review No. 2002-382 has been <br />completed and Negative Declarations has been filed for proj ects 1755, <br />pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> <br />F:ISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$3,416,000 for the project (Exhibit 2). Funds are available in the <br />Selected Street Construction Fund (account no. 59-551-6631), the Gas Tax <br /> <br />23A-2 <br />
