<br />Conditions for Approval for Variance No. 2004.10 <br /> <br />Variance No. 2004-10 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction <br />of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, <br />the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code and <br />all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this variance. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the variance. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in the <br />revocation of the variance. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Plannina Division <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan Review <br />approval of OP No. 2004-65. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Any amendment to this variance must be submitted to the Planning <br />~ivision for review. At that time, staff will determine if administrative relief <br />is available or the variance must be amended. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Variance No. 2004-10 (01), (02), (03), (04) and (05) shall be of no force <br />and effect and null and void for all purposes until an easement for the <br />encroachment of the sign into the adjacent neighbor located at 809 North <br />Main Street is recorded. <br /> <br />Exhibit "An <br /> <br />31A-24 <br />
