BID CALL Council approved plans <br />PROJECT 8019 and specifications and <br />GRANT SCHOOL PARK authorized advertisement <br /> for bids, on motion of <br />Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Evans, and unanimously <br />carried (6-0), on the following: <br /> <br />PROJECT 8019 - Construct Grant School Park. <br />(CA 89) <br /> <br />BID CALL Council approved plans <br />PROJECT 1346 and specifications and <br />CIVIC CENTER DRIVE authorized advertisement <br /> for bids on the following <br />on motion of Councilman Evans, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />and carried (S-i), with dissenting vote by Councilman Markel: <br /> <br />PROJECT 1346 - Construct Civic Center Drive <br />from Birch Street to Minter Street. (CA 89) <br /> <br />AGREEMENT Memorandum dated July 29, <br />PROJECT 1349 1974, from the Recreation <br />LOWELL SCHOOL MINI-PARK Superintendent and <br /> Agreement between the <br />City and the Santa Ana Unified School District, were received <br />by Council and discussed. <br /> <br />Councilman Ward moved that a permanent identification, such <br />as a bronze plaque, be incorporated into the specifications <br />to identify the City with the project. The motion was seconded <br />by Councilman Yamamoto. <br /> <br />A substitute motion by Councilman Ward, to refer the proposal <br />for a park identification program to Staff and to the Board of <br />Recreation and Parks for study and recommendation, was seconded <br />by Councilman Yamamoto and carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council approved and authorized the Mayor and Clerk to execute <br />the following agreement, on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded <br />by Councilman Yamamoto, and unanimously carried: <br /> <br />DEVELOP SMALL PARK CONTIGUOUS TO LOWELL <br />SCHOOL - Between the City and the Santa Ana <br />Unified School District to provide adequate <br />recreational facilities and recreation <br />programs for Lowell Elementary School. <br />(A- 74-49) <br /> <br />AGREEMENT Memorandum dated July 30, <br />HOUSING PLANNER 1974, from the Planning <br />WILLIAM B. STEINMEYER Director, Agreement and <br /> Mr. Steinmeyer's resume, <br />were considered by Council. Council approved and authorized <br />the Mayor and Clerk to execute the following agreement, on <br />motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto, <br />and carried (4-2), with dissenting votes by Councilmen Evans <br />and Markel: <br /> <br />HOUSING PLANNER CONTRACT - Between the City and <br />William B.
