(CA 29.8; <br />CA 85) <br /> <br />DOWN-PAYMENT BENEFIT Councilman Evans' motion <br />FOR DISPLACED TENANT to approve the recom- <br />MUSEUM EXPANSION mended disbursement of <br /> $4,000 to Mr. Fred W. <br />Grabhorn as a down payment benefit to a displaced residential <br />tenant under the Relocation Assistance Program, was seconded <br />by Councilman Garthe, and unanimously carried (5-0). (CA 85) <br /> <br />INTER-COUNTY AIRPORT Council received the <br />AUTHORITY memorandum from the City <br /> Attorney and the City <br /> Manager dated October 3, <br />and October 4, 1974, respectively, regarding the proposed joint <br />powers agreement for the Inter-County Airport Authority. <br /> <br />The Assistant Attorney stated that there were several legal <br />questions described in the City Attorney's memorandum which <br />should be referred to Mr. George Logan, the Attorney for the <br />Authority, prior to any definitive action by the Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph Sammon, representing the Authority, suggested that <br />the City Attorney meet with the City Attorneys of Stanton and <br />Chino, and the Attorney for the Authority, for clarification <br />of contract clauses. <br /> <br />Mr. James McMahon, District Commercial Manager for Pacific <br />Telephone and Telegraph Company, stated that the Chamber of <br />Commerce had passed a resolution in favor of the agreement and <br />recommending the City's participation in the Authority. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 370 OCTOBER 7, 1974 <br /> <br /> <br />
