Powell Construction, Inc. for $1,845,316, which is <br />above the Engineer's estimate of $1,207,168. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />ER no. 2003-174, 2003-173, 2003-172 were filed for the First, Fifth, and <br />McFadden Avenue Bridges, respectively. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$2,306,600 for the project (Exhibit 2).
