Additionally, the residential uses to the north would be in <br />direct view of the proposed flagpole and its flag. Based on code <br />requirements and attached findings, it appears that no special <br />circumstances warrant relief from the municipal code for constructing a <br />100-foot tall flagpole and exceeding the maximum allowable height <br />(Exhibit 9).
