(CA 45.1) <br /> <br />DEEDS, NO CASH On motion of Councilman <br />GRANTEE, CITY Evans, seconded by <br /> Councilman Griset, and <br /> carried with Councilman <br />Ward dissenting, Council received and ordered filed report of <br />No Cash Deeds accepted by the City Manager pursuant to Resolu- <br />tion 69-156, from October 30 through November 12, 1974, inclu- <br />sive. (CA 155) <br /> <br />RIGHT OF WAY On motion of Councilman <br />CERTIFICATION Yamamoto, seconded by <br />PROJECT 1356, AHFP 705 Councilman Ward, and <br /> carried with Councilman <br />Markel dissenting, Council approved the following Arterial <br />Highway Financing Program Certification document, and authorized <br />its execution by the Mayor and Clerk: <br /> <br />Improvement of the South Side of McFadden Avenue <br />from the SPRR easterly to Grand Avenue. {CA 29.6) <br /> <br />Councilman Markel stated his opposition to the widening ef <br />McFadden at this time because the Southern Pacific Rail~ead <br />crossing was not included in the widening pregram. <br /> <br />Councilman Ward expressed his concern about the traffic hazard~ <br />on Bristol Street because of incomplete striping, and <br />cades on the street. <br /> <br />READING WAIVED Tke full reading of <br /> ordinances and resolutien~, <br /> the titles of which <br /> appeared on the public <br />Agenda, was waived on the unanimously carried motion of Council- <br />man Evans, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 422 NOVEMBER 18, 1974 <br /> <br /> <br />
