(CA 153) <br /> <br />The City Attorney stated that the ordinance would establish <br />stringent standards that would prevent newsracks from blocking <br />pedestrian access from cars to the curb; that would require <br />certain type and form adjacent to restaurants; and that would <br />allow a maximum of three in a grouping.
