Echan, Coastal Mediation Services, will provide professional <br />Administrative Hearing services by appointment to The City of Santa Ana for <br />Community Preservation, Vehicle Abatement and Administrative Citations as <br />follows: <br />COMPENSATION: <br />• $65.00 per hour for time spent in actual Vehicle Abatement Hearings or <br />Appeals and/or other Municipal Violation Hearings or Appeals. <br />• $25.00 per hour for administrative duties required to finalize or memorialize <br />the results or decision(s) reached in any hearing or appeal. <br />• Mediator/Arbitrator will sign all Vehicle Abatement Determinations in his or <br />her capacity as Hearing Officer <br />• Travel expenses incurred for each hearing or appeal scheduled at $10.00 per <br />session, unless held at a location other than The City of Santa Ana <br />Administrative Offices. <br />• Undetermined amount for other expenses as approved. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />
