<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant will conduct Phase I Environmental Investigation and Asbestos and Lead Based Paint <br />testing for the purpose of establishing health and safety requirements during demolition of City <br />owned properties. Said testing is not intended for the purpose of occupancy. Additional <br />sampling and analysis may be required if the intent changes. <br /> <br />Consultant will be provided with the authorization to access the site. <br />If site boundaries are not clearly marked in the field, then it is City's responsibility <br />to arrange for such. <br />The site visit can be conducted in 1.5 hours. If the site visits cannot be completed in 1.5 <br />hours, additional fees will be incurred. <br />Cost for soil and groundwater sampling and analysis, and radon services are not included <br />in this proposal. <br />Three copies of the report will be submitted to the City.
