<br />Part One - Grant Overview, Continued <br /> <br />Grant <br />Recipient <br />Responsibilities, <br />continued <br /> <br />8. Prepare performance reports for the duration of the performance period, or <br />until all work is completed, whichever comes first. Further reporting <br />details are included in Part Four - Performance Period Activities - <br />Performance Reports. <br /> <br />9. Establish and maintain property, programmatic and financial records in <br />accordance with the grant record requirements, and: <br />a. Maintain fmancial management systems that support grant activities in <br />accordance with Title 28, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part <br />66.20, and DOJ Financial Guide, Part II, Chapter 3. <br />b. Maintain an equipment tracking system that includes the components <br />identified in 28 CFR Parts 66.32 and 66.33, and DOJ Financial Guide <br />Part III, Chapter 6. <br />c. Retain records in accordance with retention requirement contained in <br />Part Four - Performance Period Activities - Record Retention <br />Requirements. <br /> <br />10. Notify the state, in writing, within 30 days of completing all approved <br />scopes of work and disbursing all funds. <br /> <br />11. If changes are required after the initial grant award, submit revision <br />requests to the state Drior to incurring the associated expenditures. <br />Further details are included in Part Four - Performance Period Activities - <br />Changes to Scope of Work or Budget. <br /> <br />12. Remit unexpended funds to the state after all work has been completed <br />and payments have been disbursed. <br /> <br />13.
