Funding is monitored through a depreciation <br />schedule established with each department. <br /> <br />The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency's Park Maintenance <br />Division uses utility vehicles to transport staff and tools to local <br />parks to perform routine business. Due to age and condition, one 1996 <br />Chevrolet Blazer has been approved for replacement in the current <br />fiscal year. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on December 8 and 10, 2004, and <br />bids were solicited. A summary of the bid invitations and bids <br />received is as follows: <br /> <br />18 Invitations For Bid mailed <br />1 Invitation For Bid mailed to a Santa Ana vendor <br />4 Bids received <br /> <br />Bids were received, opened on January 13, 2005 and evaluated (Exhibit <br />1) .
