CA 65 <br /> CA l12A <br /> <br />CUP 71-22 The Council unanimously <br />RESOLUTION 71-112 approved Councilman <br />BRUCE METALS Griset's motion, <br /> seconded by Councilman <br />Ward to receive and file the Planning Department Report on <br />Conditional Use Permit 71-22, Bruce Metals,,920 East Sixth <br />Street. The report stated that the CUP was void because no <br />action had been taken on it. CA 13.1 <br /> <br />CUP 73-13 On motion by Council- <br />RESOLUTION 73-127 man Griset, seconded <br />HARLEQUIN PLAYHOUSE by Councilman Ward, <br /> the Council unanimously <br />approved the continuance of Conditional Use Permit 73-13, <br />Harlequin Playhouse, 3503 South Harbor Blvd. to November 5, <br />1975, at which time it will be subject to annual review by <br />the Planning Department. CA 13.1 <br /> <br />MANPOWER STATUS REPORT <br /> <br />to receive and file the Manpower <br /> <br /> Councilman Griset's <br /> mo~ion, seconded by <br /> Councilman Ward, <br /> carried unanimously <br />Status Report. CA 140.4 <br /> <br />ANNUAL REVIEW OF <br />DRAINAGE ASSESSMENT <br />FEES <br /> <br />ing on motion by Councilman Griset, <br />Ward, and unanimously approved. <br /> <br /> The Council referred <br /> the proposed Ordinance <br /> to the Planning Commis- <br /> sion for Public Hear- <br />seconded by Councilman <br /> CA 70 <br /> <br />SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION The Council unanimously <br />PROGRAM - CETA TITLE VI approved the program <br /> to use two concrete <br /> finishers and six <br />laborers under the new CETA Title VI program for implementation <br />of a sidewalk construction program, subject to annual review <br />by the Council, on motion by Councilman Griset, seconded by <br />Councilman Ward. CA 131.11 <br /> <br />MEYERS-MILIAS-BROWN ACT On motion by Council- <br />REFERRAL ITEM NO. 7 man Yamamoto, seconded <br /> by Councilman Yard, <br /> Council voted unani~ <br />mously to receive and file the report from the Director of <br />Personnel regarding implementation of the Meyers-Milias- <br />Brown Act, and to delete Item No. 7 from the Council Referral <br />Summary, until such time as pending legislation i~ pa~sed, <br />and the amended provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Br~wn Act ar~ <br />known.
