Prior to the foregoing motion, Mr. C. Brent Scott, Saddleback <br />Athletic Club, spoke in favor of the Variance. He stated that <br />applicant would provide the required monitoring device. CA 13 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />CARPENTERS & JOINTERS <br /> <br />74-8 <br /> <br />for Conditional Use Permit 74-8. <br />approved the Draft Environmental <br />report on the unanimously approved motion of <br />Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto. <br /> <br /> The Mayor requested <br /> public comment regard- <br /> ing the Draft Environ- <br /> mental Impact Report <br />Hearing none, Council <br />Impact Report as the final <br /> Councilman <br /> <br />Council received and ordered filed the Planning Commission <br />Finding of Fact on the following, on the unanimously carried <br />motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by Councilman Yamamoto: <br /> <br />CUP 74-8 - UNITED BROTHERHOOD CARPENTERS <br />AND JOINTERS OF AMERICA, LOCAL 1815 - To <br />construct an auditorium addition to an exist- <br />ing union hall in the M 1 District, 2829 <br />West 1st Street. APPROVED. <br /> <br />CA 13.1 <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP <br />NO. 899 <br />BRISTOL GENERAL HOSPITAL <br /> <br />the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Councilman Bricken <br />declared a conflict <br />of interest on Parcel <br />Map No. 899 and left <br /> <br />Council received and filed the Negative Declaration, <br />approved the following subject to conditions contained <br />in the Planning Director's report, and waived the alley <br />requirement, on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by <br />Councilman Yamamoto and carried 6-0: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 899 - Filed Novem- <br />ber 26, 1974 by Bristol General Hospital <br />creating two (2) C2 parcels; proposed Par* <br />cel #1 to be used for existing hospital; <br />Parcel #2 to be used for a parking lot; <br />located generally on the northeast corner of <br />Bristol Street and Hemlock Way. <br /> <br />CA 25 <br /> <br />Councilman Bricken returned to the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP Consideration of the <br />NO. 906 following was continued <br />CABOT, CABOT & FORBES to February 3, 1975, on <br /> the request of the <br />applicant, on the unanimously approved motion of Councilman <br />Griset, seconded by Councilman Garthe.
