Construction, for $344,104, which is above the <br />Engineer's estimate of $340,035. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Environmental <br />Review Nos. 2002-403 and 2002-406 have been completed and a Negative <br />Declaration has been filed for this project. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$461,400 for the project (Exhibit 2).
