<br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR <br />the project site consists of Chino Silty Clay Drained Soils <br />that have moderate shrink/swell potential, high potential <br />for corrosion of uncoated steel and low potential for <br />corrosion of concrete. Implementation of the proposed <br />project would not require any grading or excavation <br />activities and therefore would not be subject to <br />geotechnical constraints on the project site. <br /> <br />E. <br /> <br />Where sewers are not available for the disposal of <br />wastewater is the soil capable of supporting the use <br />of septic tanks or alternative wastewater disposal <br />systems? <br /> <br />No Impac t <br /> <br />The project site is located within urban setting where <br />sewer service is available. The proposed project would not <br />require septic tanks or alternative disposal systems. <br /> <br />VII. HAZARDS/HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br /> <br />A. The long-term operation and <br />construction operations associated with the proposed <br />project could potentially involve the handling of <br />incidental amounts of hazardous materials, such as <br />solvents, oils, and paints. The proposed project would be <br />required to comply with local, state and federal <br />requirements regarding the handling and storage of <br />hazardous materials.
