<br />D. <br /> <br />Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the <br />project from existing entitlements and resources or <br />are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not significantly increase the <br />demand for water service over current levels water demand <br />within the project area. The proposed project is consistent <br />with the City's Urban Water Management Plan. Through the <br />City's development review process, the Public Works <br />Department has indicated that the City would have the <br />ability to provide adequate water service to the project <br />site. The proposed project would be subject to connection <br />fees for commercial clothes washing machines. No adverse <br />impacts in regards to the provision of adequate water <br />service would be associated with the proposed project. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Is the project served by a landfill with sufficient <br />per.mitted capacity to accommodate the project's solid <br />waste disposal needs? <br />Comply with federal, state and local statutes and <br />regulations related to solid waste? <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana would provide solid waste disposal <br />service for the proposed project. The proposed project <br />would not significantly increase the demand for solid waste <br />disposal over current levels of demand within the project <br />area. Additionally, the City has adopted a Source Reduction <br />and Recycling Element, which would reduce the City's <br />overall demand for solid waste disposal. No significant <br />adverse impacts would be associated with providing solid <br />waste disposal service for the proposed project. <br /> <br />XVII. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />Does the project have the potential to degrade the <br />quality of the environment, substantially reduce the <br />habitat of a fish or wildlife species, cause a fish or <br />wildlife population to drop below self-sustaining <br />levels, threaten to eliminate a plant or animal <br />community, reduce the number or restrict the range of <br />a rare or endangered plant or animal or eliminate <br /> <br />31A~49 <br />
