PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor opened the <br />ORDINANCE NS-1228 Public Hearing to <br />PRD MODIFIED DISTRICT consider ORDINANCE <br /> NS-1228; there were <br />no proponents and no opponents; the Clerk reported there <br />were no written communications; the Public Hearing was closed <br />by the Mayor. <br /> <br />On the motion of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman <br />Markel, the following ordinance was unanimously placed on <br />second reading and adopted (6-0): <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1228 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />SECTION 41-590 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL <br />CODE PERTAINING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT, <br />USE, OR DIVISION OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE PRD <br />MODIFIED DISTRICT. <br /> <br />CA 78.8 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING The Mayor opened the <br />ORDINANCE NS-1229 Public Hearing to <br />CONDOMINIUMS consider ORDINANCE <br /> NS-1229; there were <br />no proponents nor opponents; the Clerk reported there were <br />no written communications; the Mayor closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Yamamoto moved and Councilman Markel seconded <br />a motion to place the following ordinance on second <br />reading and adopt; the motion was unanimously (6-0) approved: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1229 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />SECTION 34-2 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />REGULATING DIVISIONS OF LAND AND AIRSPACE. <br /> <br />CA 78.7 <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING The Public Hearing to <br />ORDINANCE NS-1230 consider adoption of <br />CONDOMINIUMS ORDINANCE NS-1230 was <br /> opened by the Mayor; <br />there were no proponents nor opponents; there were no written <br />communications; and the Mayor closed the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />The Council unanimously (6-0) approved the motion of Council- <br />man Griset, seconded by Councilman Ward to place the follow- <br />ing ordinance on second reading and adopt: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1230 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 41-232, 41-247, 41-2S9, 41-274, 41-292, <br />AND 41-442 OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE <br />PERTAINING TO THE REQUIREMENT OF A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF PROPERTY AS A CON- <br />DOMINIUM IN THE RESIDENTIAL USE DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />CA 78.7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NS-1251 The motion of Council- <br />DISPOSITION OF man Griset, seconded <br />UNCLAIMED PROPERTY by Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> to place the following <br />ordinance on second reading and adopt, carried (4-2), with <br />Councilman Ward and Mayor Evans dissenting: <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 75 FEBRUARY 18, 1975 <br /> <br /> <br />
