This site is <br />surrounded by duplexes to the east, multi - family residential units to <br />the south¡ and single-family residences to the west and north (Exhibits 1 <br />and 2) . <br /> <br />The subject property is approximately 1.67 acres in size. The property <br />is flat, rectangular in shape and is currently vacant.
