MINUTBS OF THE REGULAR MBBTING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 3, 1975 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:15 P.M. in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza, by the <br />Assistant Clerk of the Council in the absence of the Mayor <br />and Vice Mayor. There was no response to the roll call of <br />the Council, and the Assistant Clerk declared the meeting <br />adjourned for lack of a quorum to Monday, March 10, 1975 at <br />12:00 Noon in Room 831 of the City Hall, 20 Civic Center <br />Plaza.
