<br />City Place <br />Focused Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br /> <br />As discussed in Section 4.8, the City Place project would result in an incremental increase in <br />demand for library services. However, this is minimal and would not affect the City's ability to <br />provide library services. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.8 Transportation and Circulation <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 in the EIR, the City Place project will not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to air traffic patterns, hazardous street conditions, access, <br />pedestrian walkways and bicycle parking facilities. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.9 Land Use <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 and analyzed in Section 4.11 of the EIR, the City <br />Place project will not result in significant adverse impacts related to division of an established <br />community and consistency with applicable land use plans and adopted demographic projections. <br />No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.10 Agriculture <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 in the EIR, the City Place project will not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to agricultural resources. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.11 Population and Housing <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 in the EIR, the City Place project will not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to growth or the displacement of existing residential uses. No <br />mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.12 Geology <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 in the EIR, the City Place project will not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to ground surface rupture, unique geological or topographical <br />features, or the use of alternative waste water or septic systems. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.13 Biological Resources <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 in the EIR, the City Place project will not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to biological resources, threatened and endangered species, <br />wetlands or habitat conservation plans. No mitigation is required. <br /> <br />4.3.15 Mineral Resources <br /> <br />Based on the analysis summarized in Section 3.0 in the EIR, the City Place project will not result in <br />significant adverse impacts related to mineral resources.
