<br />IIG CC&Rs. <br /> <br />Reciprocal easements and Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions <br />(CC&RS) tying the overall project together as an integrated development <br />and providing for joint access, ingress, egress, drainage, property <br />maintenance standards, trash pick-up operations, circulation and parking <br />management shall be recorded with the first final map prior to for the first <br />phase of development. The residential and non-residential portions may <br />be described in separate sections but they must be tied together by a single <br />master document. The Master CC&R's shall address trash and reciprocal <br />i:iIiiiIi Phase I and Phase IT for the residential and commercial <br />HSeS. <br /> <br />III* Building Height. <br /> <br />1.
