The road is intended to serve as an internal road open <br />to residents and their guests, Property management, <br />garbage carts, etc., but it will not be a publicly dedicated <br />street. No heavy trucks will be allowed on the internal <br />road. <br /> <br />b. Colored paving materials and concrete may be used as <br />accent materials at entry locations (not including public <br />right-of-way or required easement areas) on the property to <br />visually define entryways. <br /> <br />B. Building Mass. Form And Architectural Style. <br /> <br />One critical component of the Main Street Concourse design is the <br />consideration of architectural style, mass and form. Architectural style <br />shall impart a distinct building image. Mass shall relate to the desired <br />scale and form shall be used to lend interest to the overall effect of the <br />mixed use development. <br /> <br />1.
