<br />PART V. <br /> <br />LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND DESIGN <br /> <br />The design guidelines outlined here will assist in achieving a distinctive <br />development character for the project while ensuring compatibility between <br />commercial and adjacent residential land uses. These plants are recommended, <br />however, actual plant choices may be substituted depending on experience and <br />actual soil conditions. <br /> <br />The high quality of the development is reinforced through the coordinated design <br />and selection of landscape and paving materials, and emphasis on unique <br />landscape features. The following categories are addressed: <br /> <br />1. Main Street, Owens Drive and Lawson Way setback areas. <br />la. General notes. <br /> <br />As phases are implemented, landscape plans (including landscape plans for any <br />temporary parking areas) shall be approved which are consistent with aaEl <br />implement these concepts .
