Temporary outdoor activities or special e'/ents, not occurring as <br />part of the normal co\:trse of the operations of the retail area, such <br />as bazaars, fiestas, :fundraising events, art fairs, festivals, ol:ltdoor <br />music concerts and similar l:lses provided that the project operator <br />shall file an application for a Land Use Certificate with the <br />Plamling Manager as provided for in Section 41 675 of the Code. <br />A peak traffic event operating plan shall be submitted for approval <br />concurrently v/ith the land use certificate application and shall <br />include pro'/ision f-or special signing, a flat entry fee at all gates, <br />opening of all entry gates and a use of parking directors, if any are <br />necessary. Parking control at aU site intersections must be <br />proyided. <br /> <br />C. Recreation/Entertainment Uses (ZONE II). <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />a. Health and Exercise centers, including health clubs, gyms, <br />teoois eomts, swimming pools and other similar uses. <br /> <br />b. Cinemas or multi pIe], FIlovie theaters and live performanoe <br />theater, up to a combined maximum seating of 1,500 seats. <br />The liye performance theater FIlay be freestanding, or may <br />be proyided as a dual use theater in coooeotion with a <br />cmema. <br /> <br />D. Hotel/Conf.erence Uses (ZONE III). <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses. <br /> <br />a. Full servioe high rise hotel. <br /> <br />b. Full service all SMites, high rise hotel. <br /> <br />o. Such aneillary uses as are typically found in a full servioe <br />hotel, including but not limited to: conference/meeting <br />space and banquet facilities, recreational faoilities suoh as <br />spas, pools, training rooms, and other similar uses, <br />restaurants, retail shops, nightclubs, cocktail lounges, cafes, <br />trayel services, and other commereiall:lses whieh have <br />direct aocess to the hotel use. <br /> <br />E.
