The residential and non-residential portions may <br />be described in separate sections but they must be tied together by a single <br />master document. The Master CC&R's shall address trash and reciprocal <br />use rights in Phase I afld Phase II for the residential and commercial uses. <br /> <br />~ Building Height. <br /> <br />1. On any lot or portion of a lot in Zone I of the Specific <br />Development Plan area no building or structure shall exceed u.g <br />_feet in height, as measured from the lowest adjacent finished <br />grade. <br /> <br />2.
