<br />proj ect which use mirrors reflecting a direct light source or <br />utilize flashing, blinking or sequence lights may be used <br />pro'/ided they do not visually predominate from the exterior <br />of the project so as to create a safety hazard, or so as to <br />adversely affect adjacent land uses. <br /> <br />3. Projecting Signs. <br /> <br />a. Within the interior portions of the project, such as along the <br />Concourse, one projecting sign per pedestrian level tenant <br />may be provided. <br /> <br />b. The project may provide any number of such signs with <br />mixed types so long as the style of the signs area <br />aesthetically compatible. Projecting signs shall be located <br />no closer than 15 feet from one another. Projecting signs <br />may be located on all stories of retail uses in the project. <br /> <br />c. The sign face of each projecting sign shall be compatible <br />with the scale of the space being identified. <br /> <br />d. External to the project there may be one major projecting <br />entranee sign f-or each side of a pedestrian or yehicular <br />entrance. Each such projecting entrance sign may not <br />exceed 21 f-eet in '/ertical dimension. <br /> <br />4. Marquee Signs. <br /> <br />The . may have a major marquee sign at the <br />cineplex entrance. The marquee sign may be large enough <br />to accommodate the informational requirements of the uses being <br />identified, and may employ changeable copy _ <br />_. <br /> <br />5. Signs Under Canopies And Marquees. <br /> <br />The area of any si <br />24 square feet . Such signs shall meet <br />all minimum Building Code height clearances. <br /> <br /> <br />6.
