Projecting Signs. a. Within the interior portions of the project, such as along the Concourse, one projecting sign per pedestrian level tenant may be provided. b. The project may provide any number of such signs with mixed types so long as the style of the signs area aesthetically compatible. Projecting signs shall be located no closer than 15 feet from one another. Projecting signs may be located on all stories of retail uses in the project. c.
