MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 17, 1975 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the City Council was called to order <br />at 2:10 P.M. by Mayor Vernon S. Evans, in the Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, with the following Councilmen present: <br />J. Ogden Markel, Harry K. Yamamoto, John Garthe, James E. <br />Ward, Lorin Griset, and Mayor Vernon S. Evans. Councilman <br />Gordon Bricken arrived at 4:35 .M. Also present were City <br />Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attorney James A. Withers, <br />Director of Planning Charles C. Zimmerman, Director of Public <br />Works Ronald Wolford, and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone. <br /> <br />INVOCATION <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Following the Pledge <br />of Allegiance to the <br />Flag, Councilman Griset <br />gave the Invocation. <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />At 2:11 P.M.
