MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 19, 1975 <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana was convened by Mayor Vernon S. Evans at 12:05 P.M., <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center <br />Plaza. The Clerk of the Council reported that proper Notice <br />had been mailed and posted with affidavits on file. The <br />following Councilmen responded to roll call: J. Ogden <br />Markel, John Garthe, Harry K. Yamamoto, Gordon Bricken, <br />James E. Ward, Lorin Griset and Mayor Vernon S. Evans. <br />Also present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, City Attor- <br />ney James A. Withers and Clerk of the Council Florence I. <br />Malone. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Evans declared <br /> a recess at 12:10 <br /> P.M., to Room 831 <br /> in the City Hall, for <br />an Executive Session to consider personnel matters. The <br />meeting was reconvened at 12:45 P.M., with all Councilmen <br />present. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />motion of Councilman Yamamoto, <br />Griset. <br /> <br /> The meeting was <br /> adjourned at 12:46 <br /> P.M., on the unan- <br /> imously approved <br />seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />FJ,ORENCE I, MALONE <br /> <br />]~L~)RENE~ I.
