Conversely, carnivals conducted at Cesar <br />Chavez/Campesino, Delhi and El Salvador parks draw smaller crowds and <br />generate less revenue. Therefore, the license fee for the large carnivals <br />conducted at Jerome and Madison parks will be $7,000 per carnival and the <br />license fee for small carnivals conducted at Cesar Chavez/Campesino, Delhi <br />and El Salvador parks will be $4,000 per carnival. <br /> <br />In the small carnival category, Fiesta de Carnival rated highest, scoring <br />515 out of a maximum 600 points. Acosta and Associates scored 480 points, <br />followed by "0" Entertainment, which scored 475 points. In the large <br />carnival category, Fiesta de Carnival again rated highest, scoring 505 out <br />of a maximum 600 points.
