<br />v. <br /> <br />vi. <br /> <br />Glare from the parking structure lighting shall not be visible <br />from the plaza level or any public right-of-way. <br /> <br />The ceiling of all parking levels shall be painted white and be <br />maintained to improve illumination and enhance safety within <br />the parking structure. <br /> <br />vii. The parking structure shall be completed, shall have been <br />finaled by the Building Division and be fully operational prior <br />to any occupancy of any building or use, or portion thereof, <br />for which the structure provides parking. <br /> <br />viii.
