MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 2, 1975 <br /> <br />The I~eting was called to order at 12:10 P.M., in Room 831, <br />City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Vernon S. Evans. <br />The Clerk of the Council reported that proper Notice had <br />been mailed and posted, with affidavits on file. The fol- <br />lowing Councilmen were present: J. Ogden Markel, John Garthe, <br />Harry K. Yamamoto, Gordon Bricken, James E. Ward, Lorin Griset <br />and Mayor Vernon S. Evans. Also present were City Manager <br />Bruce C. Spragg and Clerk of the Council Florence I. Malone. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Evans declared <br /> a recess at 12:15 <br /> P.M., for an Execu- <br /> tive Session to con- <br /> sider personnel matters. The meeting was reconvened at <br /> 1:00 P.M., with all Councilmen present. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT The meeting was ad- <br /> journed at 1:05 P.M. <br /> to Monday, April 7, <br /> 1975, at 8:00 A.M., <br />in Room 831, City Hall, on the unanimously approved motion <br />of Councilman Griset, seconded by Councilman Garthe. <br /> <br />~..OI~ENCE I.
