MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THB <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 14, 1975 <br /> <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council was called <br />to order at 2:05 P.M., by Mayor John Garthe in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Proper <br />Notice and Posting of the meeting had been given with <br />affidavits on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council. <br />Following the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was answered <br />by: Gordon Bricken, David F. Ortiz, Harry K. Yamamoto, <br />Vernon S. Evans, David L. Brandt, James E. Ward and Mayor <br />John Garthe. Also present were City Manager Bruce C. Spragg, <br />Acting City Attorney Charles J. Liberto, Director of Public <br />~orks Ronald Wolford, Director of Planning Charles C. Zimmer- <br />man, Police Chief Raymond Davis, and Clerk of the Council <br />Florence I.
