PROJECT UPDATES <br /> <br />a) SWC First and Main Streets - Oriqinal Mike's - <br /> <br />A 30-day temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the downstairs space was <br />issued prior to the September 3rd opening. Caribou is completing the PWA <br />and Planning requirements to obtain a final Certificate of Occupancy. The <br />sign variance will be going to the Planning Commission on September 27. <br />Caribou will be appealing the landscape set back requirements at the <br />September 27 Planning Commission meeting as well. <br /> <br />b) City Place - <br /> <br />Going to the Planning Commission in the end of October. <br /> <br />c) YMCA- <br /> <br />The two developers are completing the pro formas for their projects. Staff <br />has obtained Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. to complete an economic <br />viability study of both proposals. The study will be brought back to the <br />committee when finished. <br /> <br />d) Court of Appeals - <br /> <br />There is continuing discussions to secure the Santa Ana site. <br /> <br />e) 4th Street Pushcart Status- <br /> <br />No formal report made. Postponed to November meeting. <br /> <br />f) Sav-On Lofts - <br /> <br />The lofts are not completed. <br /> <br />g) Sycamore Garaqe Landscapinq - <br /> <br />The parking lot improvements have not been completed to date. The monthly <br />parking fee is still being held until improvements are completed. <br /> <br />5.
