VARIANCE 75-12 The .Determina- <br />BRISTOL PROPERTIES tion of Exemption <br /> and Planning <br /> Commission Find- <br />ing of Fact were received and filed on the following <br />Variance, on motion of Councilman Ward, seconded by <br />Councilman Evans, and carried (6-0): <br /> <br />VA ?S-12 - BRISTOL PROPERTIES - To allow one <br />roof or pole sign, and two wall signs in <br />conjunctio~ with an existing paint supply <br />company in the A 1 District, 2941 North <br />Hesperian. APPROVED. <br /> <br />CA 15 <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 914 <br />BAKER-MILLER ~ ASSOC... <br /> <br />by Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> <br /> Councilman Ward's <br /> motion to reconsider <br /> Tentative Parcel Map <br /> No. 914 was seconded <br />and carried unanimously (6-0). <br /> <br />The Negative Declaration was received and filed; the <br />following map wa~ approved subject to conditions contained <br />in the Planning Director's report; and the alley requirement <br />was waived on the following, on motion of Councilman Evans, <br />seconded by Councilman Brandt, and carried (5-1), with <br />Councilman Ward dissenting: <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 914 Filed on <br />March 15, 1975 by Baker-Miller and Asso- <br />ciates creating thirteen (15) M 1 parcels; <br />all proposed parcels are to be used for <br />industrial purposes; generally located on <br />the northeast corner of Susan Street and <br />MacArthur Boulevard; waiver of alley require- <br />ment requested. <br /> <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY On the unanimously <br />NORTHEAST CORNER OF carried (6-0) motion <br />FLOWER ~ PINE Councilman Yamamoto, <br /> seconded by Council- <br />man Evans, Council declared the following residence and <br />garage surplus and authorized demolition: <br /> <br />PROJECT 1549 - Flower Street Widening - <br />Demolish residence and garage on the <br />northeast corner of Flower and Pine, <br />225 S.
