The lowest <br />bid was submitted by Pete & Sons Company, Inc. for $108,787.50 which is <br />above the Engineer's estimate of $103,268. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />proj ect is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption ER No. <br />2004-227 will be filed for this report. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of <br />$136,300 for the project (Exhibit 2).
