The term of the existing management agreement will expire on <br />April 30, 2005. Staff has been satisfied with the services provided by <br />Ace Parking and recommends renewing the management agreement for one <br />additional year. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />The four parking garages generate the necessary revenue to offset all <br />operating expenses and fees.
